Our Team

Dr. Lin was born in Taiwan and raised in San Marino, a city in Los Angeles County, Southern California. She moved to Seattle to complete her undergraduate education at the University of Washington with a major in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. She earned her doctorate degree at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Southern California.

Dr. Lin’s special areas of interest include dry eye diagnosis and treatment. She is attentive and spends time understanding each patient’s lifestyle and visual demands. She will often customize special prescriptions when necessary. She carefully tailors prescriptions to ensure optimal comfort and clarity. She provides full scope optometric care including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and management of eye diseases, fitting specialty contact lenses, and myopia management. She has built strong relationships with various ophthalmology specialists and can provide referrals to trusted surgeons she recommends.

Dr. Lin enjoys hiking, going to the beach, traveling, enjoying boba and a good hot pot meal, and mostly spending time with her family. Stop by the office and try to find signs of someone who has a strong enthusiasm for all things Hello Kitty!
 

Kert was born and raised in Seattle. He attended the University of Washington where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Teaching. Kert met Dr. Lin while they were both undergraduate students at the University of Washington. After a career as an elementary school teacher, Kert joined the Envision Optometry team as an optician and office manager.

Kert enjoys photography, traveling, spending quality family time, and cheering on Seattle sport teams. Kert has brought a new perspective in managing the practice by leveraging his decade of teaching experience, which has equipped him with valuable skills to manage with compassion and understanding.
 

Jojo relocated from South Africa and moved to Bellevue in 2023. Jojo has had a rewarding experience building a new life and career here. She loves that every day is different, fast-paced, and full of interactions.

Outside of work, Jojo likes to keep active. She enjoys exploring the city, catching up with friends, or getting lost in a good show or game. Her dedication to front desk operations shines through in her exceptional ability to handle everything seamlessly.

Weston has been in the optical industry since 2019. Originally from Texas, Weston recently relocated to Seattle and has loved making this city his home.

Outside of work, Weston enjoys writing music, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with his family. Over the years, he has become a skilled optician, and what stands out most is his genuine passion for helping people feel their best through expert guidance in frame selection and fit.
 

Erin joined Envision Optometry in 2023. Erin has loved every moment of helping patients see clearly and feel confident in their eyewear. Known for her friendly energy, attention to detail, and knack for perfect frame adjustments, Erin ensures every pair of glasses fits comfortably and looks great on any face shape. She takes pride in creating a fun, positive experience for each patient and especially loves performing simple repairs on frames which she jokingly calls "glasses surgery".  

Outside the office, you’ll find Erin relaxing at home with her two cats, Hallow and Jupiter, gaming, going on walks with her sister, or painting.
